01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of dentalrecoded.com (“the site”), the Scorecard and the content on them. The site is operated by AI Quantum Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as Dental Recoded (“we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is for adults, 18 or older, in the United States who own, run or advise a dental practice. If you use it for a practice, you confirm you have the authority to do that.

02What the site is

The site is the home of the book Dental Recoded by Fred Yalmeh, a Scorecard that helps you see where your practice leans on you, and information about Dental Brain OS. Everything on it is general information and education.

03No advice and no professional relationship

Nothing on the site is clinical, legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, employment or compliance advice. Using the site, taking the Scorecard or emailing us does not create a client, patient, consulting, fiduciary or attorney relationship. Decisions about your practice, your patients and your team stay with you and your licensed professionals. Read the Disclaimer for the full statement.

04The Scorecard

The Scorecard asks eighteen questions and scores your answers with fixed rules. Your result describes where your practice may lean on you. It is a self-check. It is not a valuation, an audit, a benchmark against other practices, a diagnosis or a prediction.

It is only as good as the answers you give. We are not responsible for decisions made on answers that were rushed, incomplete or inaccurate.

05The book and other offers

If we offer the book, a conversation, Dental Brain OS or anything else, the offer will show its own terms: who is eligible, the price if there is one, shipping, availability and how to cancel. Asking for the book is not a purchase. A printed copy reserved ahead of the print run is a request, not a promise, and nothing ships until you confirm the shipping amount. We may limit an offer to practice owners, to one per practice, or to certain places, and we may change, pause or decline any offer.

The digital edition is a private copy for you. Do not share your link, copy the book or post it somewhere else, and we may switch a link off if it is shared.

Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for those services. Descriptions of Dental Brain OS on the site are general. What you receive is what your agreement says.

06What you send us

You are responsible for what you send us. Do not send patient information, unlawful content or anything that carries malicious code. By sending us something, you let us use it to answer you and to provide what you asked for.

If you send us ideas or feedback about the site or the book, we may use them without owing you anything, and without naming you.

07Our content

The book, text, images, characters, illustrations, the Scorecard, the RECODE framework as we present it, and our names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to view and use the site for your own non-commercial use.

You may not copy, republish, sell, rent, translate, scrape or build a competing product from the site or the book, or use automated tools to copy them at scale, without our written permission. You may quote a short passage with credit to “Dental Recoded by Fred Yalmeh” and a link to the site.

08Acceptable use

Please do not:

• break, overload or probe the site, or try to get around any access control;
• go into parts of the site that are not meant for the public;
• give false information or pretend to be someone else;
• collect information about other visitors;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

09Other sites and platforms

The site may link to other sites, and our ads appear on third-party platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their terms and policies apply when you use them. We are independent of those platforms.

10Email and text

If you give us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about what you asked for. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link. We will not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.

11No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. We do not promise any result from using the site, reading the book or taking the Scorecard.

12Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our owners, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us for the site in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13If you break these terms

You agree to cover the reasonable losses we suffer, including legal fees, from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

14Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a problem, email us first at hello@dentalrecoded.com and give us 30 days to work it out. If that does not settle it, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming are the place for any claim, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Consumer protection laws that cannot be waived in your state still apply to you.

15Changes, suspension and ending access

We may update these terms, change the site, or end any offer at any time. A new version takes effect when we post it, and using the site after that means you accept it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

16The fine print

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement about the site. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization. We may give you notices by email or by posting them on the site.
